Teas come with a variety of names, but we categorize tea into "Six Categories". These are Green Tea, Dark Green Tea, Yellow Tea, Black Tea, White Tea and Aged Tea. These six categories include many different types of tea. The way we categorize tea is according to the size and shape of the tea leaves plus the four different processes, these being;
1) non-fermented
2) semi-fermented
3) fully fermented
4) fully fermented (aged)
From these combinations come all the varieties that fill the tea world with different colors, scents, tastes and shapes.
